Mayor Unveils Town Enhancement Award at St Stephen's Place Leisure Park, Trowbridge.

Legal & General Property (LGP) is pleased to announce that the Mayor of Trowbridge today officially unveiled the Town Enhancement Award plaque at St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park, in a presentation outside the ODEON cinema.

St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park, which opened in November last year, is now officially an award-winning town centre leisure development since picking up the Town Enhancement Award at Trowbridge’s annual Civic and Town Enhancement Awards ceremony, which was presented by the Mayor of Trowbridge at the Mayor’s Civic Dinner.

The scheme comprises a state-of-the-art seven-screen ODEON multiplex cinema, 80 bed Premier Inn and seven restaurants let to popular family-orientated chains including Frankie & Bennys, Nandos, Prezzo and Deans Diner. The latest addition to the line-up, Mexican-themed restaurant Chiquitos, is set to open on 3 October 2014.
