Legal & General Network receives accreditation from the National Skills Academy for Financial Services.

The Skills Academy is an independent employer-led, charitable organisation, which is a leading body for training and development in the financial services industry.
The Skills Academy has developed an accreditation scheme specifically designed for financial services training, to recognise the excellent training opportunities offered by small and large employers. These training and development programmes aim to help those joining the financial services sector ensure that they have the right knowledge and skills to do their jobs.
The Skills Academy use an accreditation tool to assess a company’s performance in five key areas, including Leadership, People & Strategy, Resources & Processes, Products & Services and Outcomes. Legal & General met the requirements of each section to win their accreditation.
