The fixed rate product is available from 19 April 2010 until 30 August 2013 at a rate of 5.79 fixed for two years.

It is available for house purchase including first time buyers and is available up to 90% LTV.

Commenting on the new deal, Martyn Smith, Head of Mortgage Products for Legal & General Mortgage Club said, “"This is a very competitively priced exclusive from NatWest Intermediary Solutions, available for our AR members. It gives a well needed boost to the market in the higher loan to value arena which will be welcomed by first time buyers.”
